Get yourself a Higley book from amazon I have 2013,14 and 16.that will really open your eyes. I have bronchitis and am using the YL aroma dome and eucliputis breathing deeper and the mucus is breaking up. Doing this so far twice today for 15 minutes, you can pm if you like.
